Arrive 30 minutes earlyPaid parking is available in three harbor lots, run by a third party. It was $4 per hour as of September 2026 and rates may change. Pay by QR code at the lot signs. Allow 30–45 extra minutes if you are driving.

Where do tours depart?+

Meet us at Kewalo Basin, 1025 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 - Pier E Gate, Slip F-18, Orange and Green Booth.

Is transportation included?+

Round-trip Waikiki pickup is $10 per person for snorkeling tours, the Friday fireworks cruise, and the 10:00 AM and sunset whale trips. Pickup is not available on the 8:00 AM whale trip. Arrange pickup at least 24 hours ahead; same-day requests are not accepted. Add it when booking through FareHarbor, or call or text (808) 673-0969 to add it to an existing booking. Be at your assigned pickup spot on time; the shuttle leaves without late guests. The shuttle has no wheelchair lift.

What should I bring?+

Bring a swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen, towel, change of clothes and seasickness prevention if needed. Food and drinks are welcome; please do not bring glass or bananas aboard.

Will we definitely see turtles?+

Waikiki is home to abundant marine life, but wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. The crew chooses the safest available location for each trip.
